DJ PLI
(Public Liability Insurance)
The PLI is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance, so you
know you have the peace of mind that you are insured with a reputable company.
As soon as you pay your £49 subscription to become a member of AMPdj™, your
Public Liability Insurance Certificate (with both your name and your disco name) is available to download
and print off. In fact, it is always available in the DJ members area so you can
login anywhere and have access to it, even at a gig.

The unique AMPdj system works very differently
from other DJ listings sites. We have five websites aimed at clients for varying
markets and we've removed all the barriers, making it easy for clients to
directly contact our members. All the DJ has to do is check their availability
and reply directly to the client.
With 100s
of enquiries coming in every single month across the UK, our members have lots
of opportunities to increase their bookings - indeed some now rate AMPdj as the
source for over 50% of their workload!!
AMPdj Member Support
Being a mobile DJ can be a lonely business. AMPdj has been
very active in putting local DJs in touch with each other and setting up
networking groups to enable DJs to share ideas and create a support network. In
addition, the team at AMPdj are always available at the end of the phone to
offer advice, give support or just lend a willing ear!
A monthly
newsletter is available at www.mobiledj.info which offers both DJ and business
advice.
Discounts and offers
We are
frequently offered discounts and special purchases from our many trade
supporters in the industry. We pass these directly onto our members via a
monthly email update and they are also viewable, along with specific codes, in
the members area on the main AMPdj site (www.ampdj.co.uk). Discounted
disco equipment & vehicle
insurance is also available to all members of AMPdj.
Competitions
Periodically, manufacturers request our assistance in
reviewing new DJ products. These items are then given away to our members via
easy to enter competitions.
Keeping it Simple
We appreciate that most DJs are busy people so we've made
our system easy - from the registration, through login, obtaining your PLI
certificate to answering client enquiries. We also provide template examples for
risk assessments, booking forms, hire forms and email replies to enquiries - all designed to
save you time.
